| Description | It happened in the field with some TV from small company. TV Brand : JVC LT-40MK570 SMATRA SHE-320XQ UMAX PANG32F ANAM TV Issue : There is no audio when TV ON. But it is recover after changing TV volume with TV RCU. SKB Comment : there is below comment in log. audio_hw_primary: aml_audio_output_routing: active_outport = 2 unsupport It should be checked. We have 2 ANAM TVs. We tested it with the latest Android 10 SW version. And we can see this issue. Please check the logs. Hi Jerry Lin, I tested it with latest SW(v.15.522.59 and v 15.522.56) and ANAM TV(Shenzen MTC Co., LTD.) This TV has same issue with SW v 15.522.55, but not 15.522.56 and 15.522.59. Could you check why this issue happen and why the latest SW doesn't have it ? I've heard that AML change default color depth from 12 bit to 8bit in SW v. 15.522.59. |
